Shipping policy

Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Times We ship internationally from our supplier warehouses. Please allow the following estimated delivery times after your order has been processed:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–30 business days

Please note that these are estimates and delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and carrier delays. During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), delivery times may be longer.

Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–7 business days for tracking information to update in the system. You can track your order using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Customs, Duties & Taxes Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order or shipping price. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your order has not arrived within 45 days of the shipping date, please contact us at support.remotemode@gmail.com and we will investigate the issue and offer a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Shipping Address Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support.remotemode@gmail.com — we can only make changes before the order is shipped.
